Case-based and wastewater surveillance for mpox
This is a framework document describing molecular (ddPCR/qPCR) and sequencing-based assays for the detection, (clade/sub-clade/lineage) typing, and focused genomic characterization of monkeypox virus (MPXV) from wastewater/environmental and clinical samples.
